Solution. A successful user experience was already in place. Comments in the field suggested reducing steps and information to speed up its use in its environment. Studies of power drills and light to heavy equipment were researched, and those findings assisted in simplifying results while maintaining the relevant features for the end user and job administrator on the job.

Problem. An existing and successful sports management app for youth football leagues in London requested an upgrade to its existing platform involving features, functions, and design. Based on preliminary conversations and a sharing of project history, Steven performed an audit and had discussions with engineering, sales, and field representatives.
Solution. Participate in some on-location venues and understand and observe the behavior on and off the pitch—transfer that to the action items of improvement. I was notified that add-ons, evolving merchandising, co-branding for clubs, and mobile banking platforms would be occurring.

Solution. Advocate for players, parents, and future merchants—an attractive e-commerce experience supported by the Wevar UK (transaction platform). A byproduct of the app was a point system for players that could reward them through savings, performance, attendance, and finance-knowledge goals.

Solution. In working directly with stakeholders of Hcare, and its remote engineering team a soft launch for investors and select clinics, providers and closed subscriber network. Current day Hcare is in its initial funding round, with hopes to launch a second release of application suite for closed health network enterprise candidate buyers.

Problem. The smart payment card manufacturing has some restrictions on the screen; changing from a panoramic to a square configuration has added four weeks to the project cycle. Crowdfunding releases are scheduled, so we need to make quick rework changes.
Solution. To address this, we made adjustments to the templates and style standards, resulting in only a 15% delay to the project timeline. We also made adjustments in other areas to ensure that prototypes and developer releases were on track.
