Opportunity
Tagpay is a startup in football youth organizations and clubs that addresses trackable prompt registrations for children during a sports season. The founder created the concept involving a band and app to achieve and improve this step for coaches, players, and parent's well-being.

From its conception, the coach, player, and parent relationship was a core engagement hub. However, its growth had manifested in other parties that would elevate the experience of safeguarding, monetization, and education while engaged in the environment.

A legacy application was available; it made the research and definition phases efficient. The founder was available to define and point out pain points on the pitch and off.

Mapping
Coaches, Players, and Merchants were researched through competitive audits. Extensive interviews were performed and recorded. For example, a one–day map introduced merchandising to local clubs, whether Birmingham, Leeds, or London. This would encourage sponsorships and aid youth clubs in their unique region.

Existing and upcoming football clubs were intrigued and, to some degree, involved in the 2.0 version of the application. Steven was a lead on new business and upgrades for existing customer for new features arriving at the end of the year.

Ideate and Prototype
Three ideation periods were performed. Feedback from engineering, founders, and added plug-ins encouraged change for a better outcome. Lo fidelity was performed 35% of the time; studies were initially generated in Sketch and then migrated to Figma.
