Research, definition, and creativity occurred for the first month. Store owners, Club owners, and engaged parents were conversed with; feedback and data inputs dictated the process and steps moving forward. Numerous pathways were explored for collaborative outcomes.

Coaches, Players, and Merchants were assessed through interviews and form submissions. Data gathering was mapped and embedded in definition step. For example, selective paths introduced merchandising to local clubs in Birmingham, Leeds, or London. This would encourage sponsorships and aid youth clubs in their unique region.

From obtaining sports drinks or savings on footwear, geo-tagging benefited a player in central London or a club outfitter in Leeds. Focused on the player and parent money tips and rewards; bringing value to all associated with ecosystem.

Four iterative cycles were generated, with involvement from Weavr UK and select merchants complex pathways were discussed and tested. for a better outcome. Lo fidelity was performed 35% of the time; studies were initially generated in Sketch and then migrated to Figma.
