Success from the initial application led to an enhanced job site performance.
Background. Loris is a construction technology startup providing smart lighting, data capture, profile management, and feed wearable ecosystem. Challenge. Abbreviate and enhance the initial mobile and dashboard application for existing and upcoming customers — based on the feedback generated. Framework. Served as Product Designer and Client Ambassador; timeline was 16 weeks and integrated with Club Owners, Merchants, and founders on program.

a. With the enhancement of the dashboard and mobile app opportunities in law enforcement - private commercial security arose. Discussions were had with Maricopa County Sheriffs and private security enterprises in the Phoenix and Las Vegas metros.
b. A major push was initiated with Homeland Security—FEMA for Region 04, Florida District, to deploy units for the upcoming 2024 Hurricane season. The push was supported by the first responders' FirsNET network. Problem, Mapping, and Flow.
